America idolizes being trendy. This is why our politicians have become chameleons. I can remain in office so long as I can stay current with the latest trends. Unfortunately, this also means trends supersede values. Chameleons rely on color to fit in, but what are the chameleon’s true colors?
In the fall of 2026 Marjorie Taylor Green is presenting herself as an advocate for the disadvantaged. How dare men at a Trump rally beat a woman wearing a bring down Epstein shirt. How dare Trump betray her and her America first agenda. How dare….how dare…
This is the problem with America today. People feel they are entitled to treat people badly and then call for sympathy when they are treated badly. We do what we want and behave how we want so long as it goes our way. When it doesn’t go our way, we cry victim and look for the support of those we previously harmed.
As you see Marjorie Taylor Green support women’s rights today and call for justice, I want you to do two things, please: 1) note that she has not once apologized for her past actions and 2) remember her past actions
- She endorsed violence against Democrats, including a post where she said a bullet to the head would be a quicker way to remove Speaker Nancy Pelosi
- She speculated that California’s deadly Camp Fire was deliberately started by Jewish Space Lasers
- She trailed David Hogg down the streets of DC accusing him of being paid by Soros and calling him a coward. David Hogg was a school shooting survivor, not a political plant
- She mocked AOC through AOC’s mail slot saying things like “stop being a baby” and “get rid of your diaper”
- She refused to certify the 2020 election
- She compared House mask rules to Jews being forced to wear gold stars and shipped to concentration camps
- She called for the separation of red and blue states, firmly dividing the country
- She thought hurricane Helene was controlled by a political party
- When Pope Francis died, she posted that evil is being defeated by the hand of God
These are just the headlines.
We all make mistakes. We all do things we regret. Most of is apologize and try to learn from our mistakes and do better. I myself have made countless mistakes, many I regret. I have learned that most people do better than I do. It has humbled me.
Humility is key. I hope MTG has changed. I want to give her the benefit of the doubt. Yet I don’t feel the humility in her words.
We shall see what happens in the future. Until then, please be cautious and remember who she has been, who she has supported. It has never been all people, only her people.
