I think it’s ludicrous that American politicians keep calling out China as the bad guy. Let’s look at this.
How do Americans make money.
- Manipulation: they manipulate the consumer through false advertising and manipulating packaging into thinking you are getting more and something better when you are not.
- Grifting, Stealing, and Scams: Do you know how much time Americans spend in countering scams? Unbelievable.
- Planned obsolescence: then make sure the sold product will intentionally wear down or break, so you are forced to buy a new one.
- Astronomical repair costs: they have made it cheaper to buy new appliances, computers, etc., than to repair them.
- Fine Print: they find ways to cheat you out of returns and warranties so you are stuck with the bill for failed goods
This doesn’t begin to cover it all. America manufacturing is not better. American products are not better. The only way Americans know how to make money is by scamming the consumer.
China, on the other hand, is where America was in the 60s and 70s. They are perfecting manufacturing. They are making bigger and better products. At first manufacturing was moving to them because it was cheaper. Now it’s moving to them because they have more skilled workers and believe in creating a good product versus a scam.
China also has intelligence, technology and education. People aren’t really coming to the U.S. for innovation anymore. They are going to China. Why? American hasn’t innovated anything in the last 2 decades. They are relying on scams. I can’t remember the last time America came up with something new. We copy others.
So the next time you hear an American putting down China, maybe you need to rethink things.
